By accessing this website Hazel Dean Photography ("us, we, our, me, I") or purchasing photographs and/ or related goods, or responding to services we provide,  you ("customer, client, consumer")  accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Hazel Dean Photography .

Purchasing photographs and /or related goods from Hazel Dean Photography is really simple and secure.
 
To make a purchase, please contact us with your photograph order reference number and size requirements.

We advise all visitors to Hazel Dean Photography to review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies of any sites we provide links to.
 
By submitting an order you undertake that you are:

Aged 16 or over (we recommend that under 18s should be supervised by a parent/guardian whilst shopping on-line)
Not ordering on behalf of others. That you are the authorised holder of any card you may use on this site. That you have read, understood and accept the Terms and Conditions of use and Privacy Policies of Hazel Dean  Photography and any of our Artwork product suppliers before ordering products.

Hazel Dean Photography  can supply/ship Artwork Worldwide. 
Hazel Dean Photography shall not be liable for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions owing to any act or event beyond its control including but not limited to:

Image / Product Information

Whilst every care is taken to ensure the pictures shown match the actual goods/images as closely as possible some variations may occur due to limitations in the photographic process, also varying monitor settings will influence the way the image appears and the colours seen on your screen.

Images displayed on this website are of low resolution/size to display and load quickly and deter theft and the final supplied image(s) will be supplied in a high resolution JPEG, TIFF or PNG format.

All Artwork supplied is for personal/non commercial use and is subject to worldwide copyright.
For a commercial licence to use my work, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Any commercial publications must give credit to the author and will be included in the Terms of the licence obtained from Hazel Dean Photography.

Please note that images are for guidance only, images are not necessarily to scale.
Any reference to weights and sizes are approximate only, although we do try to make them as accurate as possible.

Hazel Dean Photography reserve the right to reject any order up to the point of dispatch for any reason.

In the event of a product/service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typeographical error or error in pricing information received by our suppliers, we shall have the rights to refuse to meet or to cancel any orders placed for the product/service whether or not the order has been confirmed and your account charged. If your account has already been charged and the order cancelled we shall immediately issue a refund to the card used .
 
Payment Information

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Solo cards and most other major credit cards.

A PayPal transaction is acceptable. 

There is no minimum order.

All prices are correct at the time of going online but are subject to change at any time and all errors and omissions excepted.

Shipping & Handleing

Our Product suppliers aim to ship all goods quickly, but please allow up to ten to fifteen days for delivery.
Should there be any problems, or you wish to check availability of any item please contact us

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange the item or refund your money within seven days.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you wish to return the item(s) for any reason, the following conditions apply:

Ideally goods should be returned in their original packaging with all original labelling attached. Refunds are made within thirty days and credited to the card used to make the purchase. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you print or save all communications to ensure a prompt efficient service. You are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless they are faulty/damaged/incorrect or incomplete.

Please contact us before any product return, we like to know whats wrong.
